The fires of 2019 stopped at the perimeter of Gibber Gunyah's Herb Garden, went around and continued on taking out hundreds of thousands of trees and acres of bush land in their raging path. ‘Twas a sign from the Universe. Tenderly grown from seed and nestled into the bosom of the valley, the beautiful plants are encouraged to flourish naturally into their magnificent selves, surrounded by the great native Mother and Sister Trees. Hand watered and tended to with gentle ease and grace, when they’ve matured and completed their season, the flowers are handpicked and processed with gratitude and love.
